Connected Forever is a non-profit organization founded in 2014 by Jesse & Tracy Pella. In June 2015, Connected Forever received 501(c)3 designation, meaning all contributions are tax-deductible. While prematurity and loss occur throughout the world, we are focusing on family’s right here in Nebraska. We are building a community of support, so that no family has to endure their journey alone.
